Welcome to OmniOne, a platform provided by GRP Consultoria ("GRP", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use OmniOne.

1. Description of Services
OmniOne is an integration platform that connects companies to marketplaces, ERPs, and sales platforms. We offer features such as:

Integration of orders, inventory, and pricing

E-commerce process and routine automation

Specialized and humanized technical support
2. Eligibility
You declare that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and act on behalf of the company you represent. Use of the platform is restricted to duly established legal entities.
3. Registration and Security
To use OmniOne, you must register. The information provided must be true, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. License of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use OmniOne, provided you comply with these Terms and make the necessary payments.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the OmniOne brand, source code, automation flows, and platform interfaces belong to GRP Consultoria. It is prohibited to copy, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express authorization.​
6. Plans, Payments, and Cancellations
Using OmniOne requires a subscription plan, including an initial setup fee and monthly payments as agreed. Delinquency may result in service suspension. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
7. Usage Restrictions
You may not:

Use the platform in violation of applicable laws

Attempt to access restricted areas of the system

Use unauthorized scripts or automations

Reverse engineer or exploit platform vulnerabilities
8. Data and Privacy
OmniOne does not collect personal data directly. We act as technical operators, processing data according to integrations authorized by our clients, under their responsibility. We recommend clients remain compliant with local data protection laws, such as LGPD and GDPR.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in cases of:

Violation of these Terms

Illegal or fraudulent activities

Inactivity for more than 90 days (without payment or use)
10. Limitation of Liability
GRP Consultoria is not liable for losses arising from third-party integration failures, disruptions due to external causes (e.g., marketplaces, ERPs, providers), or improper use of the platform. The maximum liability, when applicable, is limited to the amount paid in the last 2 months of use.​
11. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of OmniOne after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For international disputes, the applicable jurisdiction may be determined by specific agreement between the parties. Unless otherwise agreed, the courts of Caraguatatuba/SP are designated as competent.
